Find a Deal on Vacation Snowmobiling

Your typical online travel services (i.e. Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline vacation planners, hotel fee and flight deals finders…etc.) are a good way to shop for a deal on a snowmobiling vacation. But they’re certainly not the only way.

Snowmobile Tours

Snowmobile tours such as those offered by Yellowstone National Park will provide almost everything you need for the actual snowmobiling part of your vacation. They in fact advertise that the one thing you do want to be sure to bring is your camera. Your warmest clothing will come in handy; i.e. Wool socks, sweaters, sweat shirts, jackets, hats and/or ear muffs, gloves or mittens suitable for the ride (thick and heavy), snow pants or several pairs of pants and of course boots. Your favorite pair of sunglasses will be a welcom item to have on a nice sunny day, as well. The Yellowstone three day package includes the snowmobile, a full tank of gas each day, the necessary snowmobile clothing and more. This particular package runs between $650 and

$700 for Four Days

Winter Vacations Aren’t Just For Skiers Any More
For the non skier, Yellowstone also offers a five night package that includes not only snowmobiling but rides on dog sleds, a snowshoe trip and a sleigh ride through the National Elk Refuge; this package is somewhat pricier but far more inclusive in a range of $850 to $900. Lodging is included in both of these packages. Of course Yellowstone isn’t the only place to enjoy a winter wonderland getaway. New Hampshire, Colorado, Maine, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and more specifically offer snowmobile/winter vacations that include many of the same activities as Yellowstone’s previously mentioned five night package.

Dressing warm will be the key thing to remember. Having fun will most likely happen on its own.
